Women need to defend themselves from individuals who might want to cause them harm. As a result all women need their own personal security devices to help them defend predators, thieves, or would be attackers. There are all kinds of personal security devices women may use to protect themselves. Some of those include pepper spray, stun guns, and stun batons.

The workplace is changing for women across the country who decide to take on a new challenge in a predominately “male” industry – Driving OTR (over the road) in a Big Rig! Now more than ever, woman of all ages are getting behind the wheel in a new career path, or should I say “road”!

Are you just doing what you think will get you ahead in life? Out of your current stuck rut?
Everybody breathe…again, and deeper. Now one more time…
I used to hate it when therapists, coaches, yoga teachers etc. would do all these breathing exercises during my time with them. “What a waste” I used to think…can’t we just “Get on with things, I have a lot to do/discuss/process etc.”
A writer once wrote, “No nation is greater than its mothers, for they are the makers of men” But, when I turn on my television and see the numbers of mothers who are killing their children I must ask myself, “What drives a mother to point of killing her own child?” “What is it in our society that makes a mother feel so desperate, so alone, that she believes her only recourse is the death of herself and her children?” Andrea Yates, who killed her five children; Dee Etta Perez, who shot her three children; Deanna Lany, who beat her two sons; Lisa Ann Diaz who drowned her daughters; Dena Schlosser, who fatally severed her daughters arms; and now Gilberta Estrada, who hung herself and her children. Not to mention the countless number of babies that are born and left in dumpsters even with the passing of a new law that says they can leave them in safe places and receive no repercussions.
It seems that of the two species, females are the ones that need more social contact. It is not good for a woman to isolate herself because loneliness may set in and then this could very well lead to depression. It is very important for a woman to maintain her friendships while raising a family so that she can stay in contact with the outside world. It may be even more important to strengthen those friendships as the children grow older and leave the nest.
We all have times when we feel nervous and unsure. Here are some practical tips to help you to project a confident image at work.
There are several things you can do to feel more confident:

It is well said that a woman goes through the three phases in her life. Once as a daughter where she is born, second as a wife when she gets married and third is when she becomes mother. It is said that a woman life is incomplete until she gives birth to a child. It seems bit amazing that how a person can have three lives in a single life but a woman easily confront all the challenges and goes through it successfully. For each phase there is a need of patience, courage and a lot of effort.
It is important for all married people to be able to detect the signs of infidelity in their spouse. It is more difficult to catch cheating women red handed, than catching cheating men because women are very cautious by nature and tend to leave behind no signs of their infidelity. If at all a husband confronts his wife (with or without conclusive proof) she will first shed tears to drown her husband and as if this was not enough, she will pour out a stream of lies (such as this is my friend, almost like my brother, blah, blah, blah) which is enough to make her husband remorseful and force him to regret and apologize to her for ‘daring to misjudge her chastity’.
